Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Time=Processing Time + Shipping Time

An informed e-mail will be there in your e-mail box once the parcel is out. The tracking number inside is to trace the timely status of the parcel.

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination.

For example, if you order a T-shirt, it will need 3-5 business days of processing time and then 5-16 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 8-21 business days.

Asking for forgives for any inconvenience

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have accept the package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you account.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
